Where is God?Have you ever found yourself in a most terrible state of being and yelled out, “God, where are you?”  I have.  Not too long ago, my life was literally a muddle!  The Parker’s Palace of Peace was everything but peaceful!  My husband and I were having more “for worse” than “for better” days, the part-time position I held was taking its toll on me spiritually, emotionally, physically and mentally, and “Blim,” my evil twin, was running roughshod all throughout the Palace.

Cherish TodayTime.  Such a precious commodity that we spend so fruitlessly.  It was only after a shocking lesson that I learned to not take it for granted.  The death of a dear friend has taught me to cherish each and every moment that God gives me.  Tomorrow, tomorrow is not promised…  You see, I just spoke to her last week and we made plans to do lunch.  Last month she came to my boys’ birthday party and marveled at how big they had gotten.  I’ve captured the entire conversation on tape.
